ÂÌñÉç's Annual Security and Fire Report shows statistics for the previous three years regarding reported crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by ÂÌñÉç and on public property within or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus; and fire statistics for residential facilities. The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security, such as policies concerning sexual assault and emergency notifications.

ÂÌñÉç is required to annually report campus crime statistics to the U.S. Department of Education as required by Title 20 of the U.S. Code Section 1092(f). This information can be found on the U.S. Department of Education’s website at .

The Annual Security and Fire Report includes statistics on hazing pursuant to the Stop Campus Hazing Act which became law in 2024. ÂÌñÉç’s policies on hazing can be found in the Annual Security and Fire Report and also in the Code of Student Conduct.
Beginning in December 2025, ÂÌñÉç will make publicly available the Campus Hazing Transparency Report. This report, updated no less frequently than (2) times each year, makes public each incident for which a finding of responsibility is issued relating to hazing involving a recognized student organization. Information in the report includes:
1. The name of the recognized student organization;
2. A general description of the violation that resulted a finding of responsibility, including whether the violation involved the abuse or illegal use of alcohol or drugs, the findings of the institution, and any sanctions placed on the student organization by the institution, as applicable;
3. The dates on which—
a. The incident was alleged to have occurred;
b. The investigation into the incident was initiated;
c. The investigation ended with a finding that a hazing violation occurred; and
d. The institution provided notice to the student organization that the incident resulted in a hazing violation.
Information in the Campus Hazing Transparency Report is maintained for a period of (5) calendar years from the date of publication.
