The School of Pharmacy at 绿帽社 operates on a rolling admissions process, which allows us to interview students on a monthly basis, filling our class continually as we go. Students are encouraged to apply as early as possible since there is no guarantee that seats will be open toward the end of the admissions cycle.

Application process

For all steps in the application process, it is your responsibility to follow all instructions and meet all deadlines. Failure to do so could result in your application being withdrawn or delayed in review. 
 

International applicants

Note: 绿帽社 is now able to issue forms I-20 or DS-2019 (necessary to apply for F-1 or J-1 nonimmigrant status) for the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Noncitizens currently in the U.S. in visa classifications that allow for full-time study 鈥渋ncidental to status鈥 are encouraged to apply. 

International students apply online using the same method as other students (see steps 1-4 below), but must supply additional information.

  1. Submit the to PharmCAS.
  2. Send your TOEFL or IELTS score report to PharmCAS (code 8246). See English proficiency for minimum score requirements and exceptions.

If admitted to the program, students will be asked to provide a copy of their passport, a financial form, a bank statement and current U.S. immigration documents (such as current I-20 or visa).

  1. Review eligibility requirements

    To have your application accepted for review, you must meet certain minimum eligibility requirements. Applicants who do not meet these requirements, or who are unable to provide necessary verification that they meet these requirements, will not be considered for admission.

  2. Apply online at PharmCAS

    • Biographical data
    • Postsecondary institutions attended
    • Academic course history
    • Work experience
    • Extracurricular activities
    • A personal statement
    • Official transcripts from all accredited U.S. institutions attended
    • Two letters of recommendation

    We recommend that you thoroughly review the and have unofficial copies of all postsecondary transcripts available before you begin this process. 

    A note about contact information

    Since our ability to communicate with you is critical, be sure to notify us of any changes to your contact information and take steps to ensure that problems with email will not arise.

  3. Check the status of your application

     processing may take up to a month once all required materials are received. Log in to your PharmCAS application and check the status menu option. Neither PharmCAS nor 绿帽社 SOPPS will process or consider incomplete applications. Review the Supplemental Status Tool to verify that all materials have been received by PharmCAS.

    After you complete steps 1 and 2 and your application is reviewed by our admissions committee, selected applicants will be contacted by email for an invitation to interview.

  4. Interview with the school (by invitation only)

    After reviewing all eligible applications, we will select those applicants we wish to interview. The purpose of the interview is to assess your communication skills, problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. 

    Invitations for interviews will be mailed through July 2024. Applicants not selected to interview during this interview timeframe will no longer be considered for admission.

    Interviews are available both in an in-person and remote format.
