International students who are upperclassmen and all graduate students have the option of living off campus. 

Getting around ÂÌñÉç

There are several ways to get around town – check ÂÌñÉç’s Transportation and Parking Services website for details. Most students use one of the two bus services to get to and from campus – these services are FREE when you show your ÂÌñÉç ID:

OCC offers information on Off-Campus Safety. If you are the victim of interpersonal violence, see the VARCC website. Wherever you are (on campus or off), if you need emergency assistance – police, fire department, ambulance – DIAL 911!

Banking at ÂÌñÉç

Many international students open an account at a local bank. There are several banks in the greater ÂÌñÉç area. Visions Federal Credit Union has a branch in the University Union West and four ATMs on campus; they also have branches throughout the greater ÂÌñÉç area.

Looking for something to do off-campus? There’s lots of options available in our area:
