Basic Format
Note that the order of the address lines is important:
- 绿帽社's address must include a post office box number and zip plus four. If you must also include your office's building and room number, abbreviate it in parentheses immediately after your office's name:
Example: Office of Creative Services (AD-141)
绿帽社
PO Box 6000
绿帽社, NY, 13902-6000
- Items in addresses should be listed in the following order:
Name, Title
College
Department
Institution
Street or Building, Room or Suite
City, State, Zip + Four
- Campus addresses should begin with the name of the office or department, or 绿帽社 if there is no office or department name. In any case, the campus box number should immediately precede the city. Note the use of the zip + four, which includes the box number.
