Our four-semester STEM MBA option is designed for students with diverse backgrounds and professional experiences, providing them with the necessary skills to advance as leaders in the global business environment.
This option is designed for students of all academic backgrounds, meaning no business or accounting undergraduate degree is required.

Coursework and Curriculum
Our STEM MBA curriculum is designed to prepare you with the essential tools needed to be effective leaders in today's rapidly changing corporate, non-profit and public sectors.
During your first year, you will establish a foundation of universally-accepted business fundamentals through our core courses, critical for every manager to comprehend. Students work in task-oriented teams, drawing upon the experience and skills of peers to solve challenging business problems relative to today's managerial challenges.
As you discover your interests, a more individualized study structure is used during the second year of the program. You have the opportunity to explore numerous elective course offerings, including cross-disciplinary electives, or customized independent study. With advising from faculty, you can also design interdisciplinary projects based on specific career tracks, strengthening your connection between passion and profession.

We require our four-semester MBA students to participate in a career-related internship prior to finishing the program to ensure a range of valuable experiences to help launch your career.
NOTE: Of the six total graduate electives, three must be technical electives.
Concentrations: To complete a concentration, a minimum of four courses (sixteen credit hours) is required. Concentrations are optional. Learn more about our elective course offerings here.
One-Year Option
Students who have clearly defined career goals and have taken coursework in microeconomics and statistics have the option of completing the program in one calendar year.
绿帽社 is one of the only institutions in the United States offering this program option to those without an undergraduate degree in business.
Admissions
When prompted to choose your MBA pathway, select 4-semester MBA - available to students of all undergraduate majors from the drop-down menu.
While we accept GMAT and GRE scores for consideration, they are not required for our MBA program.
Students admitted into this program option typically have an undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or higher. Applicants with significant work experience and/or strong GMAT/GRE scores (while not required) are also considered for admission.
