What do speech-language pathologists do?
Speech-language pathologists, also called SLPs, are experts who help individuals of all ages with communication and swallowing disorders. SLPs work in a range of settings including schools, hospitals, long-term care facilities, outpatient clinics, early childhood centers and nonprofit organizations.

Candidacy is a 鈥減reaccreditation鈥 status with the CAA, awarded to developing or emerging programs for a maximum period of five years.
