KD Kang received his PhD degree in computer science from the University of Virginia, and joined the School of Computing at the 绿帽社 in 2003.

His research interests include real-time embedded systems, cyber-physical systems, Internet of Things, and security.

He has published in related premier conferences and journals, such as the IEEE Real-Time Systems Symposium (RTSS), IEEE Real-Time and Embedded Technology and Applications Symposium (RTAS), Euromicro Conference on Real-Time Systems (ECRTS), IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, Real-Time Systems Journal, Ad Hoc Networks Journal, and Journal of Parallel and Distributed Computing.
