Background
Matthew McConn joined the Department of Teaching, Learning, and Educational Leadership as an Assistant Professor of English Education in 2013. He received his undergraduate degree in English literature from University of Las Vegas, Nevada, and his master's and doctoral degrees in English education from the University of Houston. He has worked as a secondary English teacher for eleven years.
