Rise provides a 24-hour emergency hotline and domestic violence shelter. The agency also provides non-residential services such as advocacy, outreach, support groups, community education, and supportive counseling. Established in 1979, the organization now provides comprehensive services to assist families experiencing or threatened by domestic violence.
