Budding Branches is a nonprofit run by college students across the country that is dedicated to assisting high schoolers without adequate resources learn more about their colleges of interest and find the right fit for them. We focus on sharing “what college is like” instead of “how to get into college.”
What Do Volunteers Do?
Volunteer opportunities include helping students through 1-on-1 informal calls
(required) and college panels (optional), as well as connecting with other volunteers through different projects (optional). Budding Branches’ volunteers are current college students from 28 different
colleges.
Our partner organizations include the New York Public Library, Project Rousseau, and Association to Benefit Children.
Time commitment is flexible, but a minimum of 1hr/3weeks!
