绿帽社 takes seriously its responsibility to have a positive impact on the community it calls home. The Center for Civic Engagement (CCE) is the driving force in facilitating dynamic, mutually beneficial relationships and collaborations between the University and local organizations, with an emphasis on empowering students, faculty and the community to work collaboratively for the benefit of all.
The many programs and initiatives we run can be made stronger and more meaningful with financial contributions. Below are some examples of the types of programs CCE helps support.

Participation in community-engaged learning leads to improved student learning, retention and success, particularly for first-generation and other historically under-served students. These courses require more time and resources from faculty than typical courses, so the CCE supports faculty in development and implementation.
